Our Mission Is

Simcha Connection strives to improve the lives of those who are less fortunate. We help Widows and Orphans who have experienced tragedy and grief in their lives by providing Tzedaka and other meaningful forms of assistance. We espouse the Torah’s teachings of Ahavat Yisroel following in the steps of the Holy Ba’al Shem Tov. In His words: “One should endeavor to be proactive in helping others and always do so in joy and happiness.” Simcha Connection wishes to connect Jews the world over in this Holy Mission!

Who we are?

We are Simcha Connection.

  • Simcha Connection was founded in 2003 to attend to the needs of Jews in Florida and Israel. Through Simcha Connection, many needy families, institutions, and individuals receive food, clothing, and emergency relief. They are visited by caring individuals who bring joy and sustenance into their lives. In 2007, Simcha Connection opened a branch in Elad, Israel, to help many widows and orphans.
    • We have organized 36 Bar Mitzvah groups celebrations for Orphan Boys and 26 Bat Mitzvah groups celebrations for
    orphan girls at the Kotel.
    • We distribute food vouchers and clothing to poor orphans and widows for Shabbat and Holidays.
    • We assisted many poor orphan girls for their weddings.
    • We initiated a new program for 20 orphan girls to learn photography and become breadwinners!
    • We established a new culinary course for 40 orphan girls this summer. Integrated with group therapy to strengthen these
wonderful girls and life skills and self-confidence for their future.
  • Simcha Connection also sponsors daily dinners for the girls at risk in the Shorashim Academy in Jerusalem. More details about this program can be found here:  http://www.meomek-halev.org.il/index.html
  • Simcha Connection also has a daily after school program wherein we send a mentor to youth who are at risk to help guide and teach them.

Rabbi Dalfin,
Simcha Connection's Founder and Leader

Rabbi Favish Mordechai Dalfin and Chaya Sara moved to Florida from Brooklyn, NY, in 1990 as emissaries for the Lubavitcher Rebbe, may his merits shield us. We are blessed with 7 beautiful children and many grandchildren bli ayen hara, who are continuing the mission of the Lubavitcher Rebbe as Shluchim throughout many communities in the United States.

Our mission is to spread Torah and kindness throughout the community. Mrs. Chaya Sara is the principal for the girl’s division of the LEC Chabad school in North Miami Beach, Florida. She has been instrumental in Jewish education for over 30 years. We established Ohr Menachem Chabad in North Bay Village, Florida, in 2003.
Our Village is a beautiful city close to Miami, with a population of approximately 10,000 residents. Our synagogue is very welcoming and open to all Jews regardless
of background or affiliation. We make sure everyone feels welcome no matter what level of observance and Torah Knowledge each person has.
The teachings of the Lubavitcher Rebbe guide us. Chabad Lubavitch has set the
dictum of “Love your fellow as you love yourself” as the defining factor in its approach of unconditional acceptance of fellow Jewish people. Every person is encouraged to appreciate the power of our heritage at their own comfortable pace.
